Welcome to my fitness world – AKA my entire world! My name is Shelby Robins  and my life revolves around making sure I set people up for success, on their individual paths to a healthy, happy life. My main goal is to help people find their confidence and not only that but also learn a lifestyle that continuously grows their confidence. I believe having both a goal and plan are two of the most important things when trying to achieve any type of results. With fitness specifically, having an actual workout plan tailored to my specific needs, that I knew for a fact would get me to where I wanted to go, made it so much easier to trust the process and continue on. I loved figuring this out which makes me so excited to share my passions, secrets, and struggles (yes, there is always those)  with YOU!

By joining my team, you will be able to learn how to fuel your body correctly and have customized workouts designed to get you fitter and stronger than ever. By giving your body what it needs from the inside, you will be able to perform to the best of your abilities and make changes on the outside. To help you out with this, I’ve built a platform which allows you access to a video of every single movement on your plan, that I will create for you. This way, if you are ever confused about how to do a movement, you will be able to refer to the videos of me doing them correctly, with explanations, and notes.

When you decide to take the step and join me, I want you to know I will be here for you every step, squat, and selfie along the way. I wanted to create a community for my clients so I recently started the hashtag #ShelbyRobinsBW so that you can share your journey, add that tag, and then I can share and support your progress, and you can give and receive support from others. We are on this journey together, and I can’t wait to cheer you on!

My philosophy on nutrition is to keep it simple and sustainable! I firmly believe that the practice of flexible dieting is the key to achieving and maintaining a healthy relationship with food, whilst learning how to customize your own way-of-eating that aligns with your goals. For this reason I will teach you how to track and include the foods that you enjoy most, which will empower you break free from restrictive diet plans and gain control to eat intuitively again.

My philosophy on exercise is to train our body to move optimally! I am a strong advocate for building shape, burning body fat and optimizing health through strength training. Not only does training to get strong have a host of physical benefits, but it also strengthens your mindset and helps to shift the mentality of ‘burning’ calories or exercising to simply lose weight.

My philosophy on wellness is to prioritize our overall health with a holistic approach. Our daily stress levels, nutrition, sleep quality, activity, mindset and behaviors accumulate and manifest into the unique person that we are! Nothing occurs in isolation and every aspect of your life has to be considered in order to become the best possible version of yourself.
