Shelby is the best trainer ever! You probably have heard many people say that about a trainer, but Shelby does everything she can to help you accomplish your goal. Every time I doubted my capacity to succeed in an exercise , she pushed me to accomplish my goal. She gives excellent feedback, especially when it comes to posture. I had the worst posture ever, and Shelby helped me along my journey to a better healthy me! I was blessed to have her as my trainer!!! Just keep in mind that exercising is not an easy process but Shelby makes it fun and worth the gains!
